  • Email signups. If you subscribe, or register for Field Charts, your email address is stored by our newsletter provider (Kit) so we can send the Toolbox Talk and the weekly charts. Registering for Field Charts also remembers, on your device only, that your charts are unlocked. We ask you to confirm before sending anything. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Kit counts opens and clicks on our emails so we can tell what's useful; we look at those numbers in total, not person by person. We also keep a record of each signup (the address, which list, the page and a scrambled network address) in our own database to stop abuse and to unlock Field Charts.
  • Pay entries. The Crew Call pay form is anonymous. We don't ask for names or employers and don't publish individual entries, only reviewed figures.
  • Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.
  • Bot protection. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is submitting.
  • Payments. When paid products launch, payments will be handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
